Troy Dale Wilcoxson

Troy Dale Wilcoxson, 71, passed away on April 28, 2024. He was born on August 25, 1952, in Stephenville, Texas, to Troy Brooks Wilcoxson and Jessie Fay (Hall) Wilcoxson. He attended school at Desdemona until the school was closed and he then went to Gorman High School, where he graduated from. He retired from the oil field as well as a life of farming.

Troy is survived by his daughter, Amanda Dawn Wilcoxson of Gorman, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, his brother, Joey Wilcoxson of Desdemona, his sister, Teddie Groves of Florida, his aunts, Linda Hahn and Carol Willis of Desdemona, as well as two nieces, two nephews, and several cousins.

Troy is preceded in death by both of his parents, and one son, Jeffery Shawn Wilcoxson.

A memorial service for Troy will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. at Howard Cemetery in Desdemona, Texas.
