Minnie Frances (Cogburn) Wright

Frances Wright, age 70, of DeLeon passed away Monday December 1, 2020 at Saint David's North Austin Medical Center. She was born in Gorman, Texas to Ottis J. Cogburn and Jimmie Rae (Gooden) Cogburn. Frances married Bobby Joe Wright Sr. on August 29, 1970 in Comanche and they were married until he passed away. She was a Baptist and loved to spend quality time with her family. Frances was very well known in her community for being the manager at Allsups for well over a decade. She loved sports of all kinds and especially loved watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren participate in sports. Frances is survived by three sons, Jim Cogburn and wife Beverly, Joey Wright and wife Jonna, and Mike Wright and wife Jana; one daughter, Sherri Barefoot and husband Kenny; her brother, Jackie Cogburn; her sister, Jean Williams; grandchildren, Jessica, Joanna, Justin, Dustin, Cade, Callie, Chance, Shayden, Hunter, Taylor, Derek, Haley, Shelby and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Ottis Cogburn, husband, Bobby Joe Wright Sr., two brothers, Calvin and Scotty Cogburn, and one sister, Charlene Strube. Service Details.
