Judy Beth (Williams) Brandon

February 3, 1945 — October 17, 2019

Judy Beth Williams Brandon passed from this life on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the age of 75 at the Odessa Medical Center, Odessa, Texas. Judy was born on February 3, 1945 in Gorman, Texas to Clarence M. and Margie A. Taylor Williams. She was raised and attended and graduated from high school in Big Springs, Texas. Judy had worked for Holiday Inn in Big Springs at one time and this is where she met the love of her life Billy Ray Brandon. They were married later on February 25, 1966 in Big Springs, Texas and celebrated 53 years of marriage. Judy was a kind, selfless person. She worked hard all her life, excelling in Public School, and in her personal and work life. She was a good mother to her own child, and to her husband’s two children, and a kind and loving wife, a good daughter, and a good sister. She cared for her special needs’ child for the 20 years that he lived, showing him the love and care only a good mother can give. Then, after his death, she worked for MHMR until retirement, assisting those with special needs all her life. Where many would have faltered, she persevered. She was a Christian, who lived by Christian values. She was a good woman, and those around her were taught how to be a good woman by her example. She will be missed by all of us, a quiet person, whose kind nature now walks with our Lord. Rest in Peace, Sweet Soul. SURVIVORS Husband – Billy Ray Brandon of Odessa, Texas Two Brothers – James N.
