Hubert Debs Merworth Jr.

Hubert Debs Merworth Jr., Passed away, Saturday, April 13, 2019. Hubert was born April 13, 1947 to Hubert Buster Merworth and Norman Jean (Zellars) Merworth. He was in the U.S. Air Force. After getting out of the Air Force he was a Diesel Mechanic for 17 years, and an R.N. for 30 years. He graduated from Pecos High School and also went to Howard College. Hubert was a member of the Church of Christ. <br><br>He is survived by his companion, Geneva Hamill and their five dogs of Sipe Springs, Texas. One son, Debs Merworth and wife Holly of Hobbs, New Mexico. One daughter, Dixilan Lindsey and husband J.D. of Merkel, Texas. One brother, Boyd Merworth and companion Wes Alexander of Wimberley, Texas. Also, 4 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; and 2 great grandchildren. <br><br>He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janis Thomas Merworth of 43 years; great grandson, Nathaniel Brown; and one sister, Norma Landreth.<br><br>
