Barbara Gaynell "Bobbie" (Clark) Henley

Barbara (Bobbie) Clark Henley age 81, passed away April 22, 2022 in Plano, TX. She was born in Gorman, TX on July 5, 1940, to Raymond (R.T.) Clark and LaVeda Macon Clark. Bobbie loved square dancing and clogging but couldn't get her feet to move fast enough to clog. She and Jerry joined an RV club The Jericho Roadrunners and enjoyed traveling and meeting people. You could always count on having funny stories to tell when they got home. Bobbie loved to read and would read most everything, especially the Bible. She loved her family and friends and spent as much time with them as she could but it was somewhat harder when they moved to Gorman. Bobbie loved Jesus with all her heart and learned early on that he was all you needed. This is why the hymn "Because He Lives" was so special to her. She also loved her church family at First Baptist Church in Gorman very much. She is survived by her husband Jerry Henley, son Jay Taylor (wife Jana), daughter Sheila Gordon (husband Mike), two daughters-in-love Kellie Latson (husband Jerry) and Tammie DeVoe (husband Dan), and son-in-love Jeff Henley (wife Lisa), and one brother B.R. (Buddy) Clark (wife Darlene). She is also survived by 11 grand kids, 7 great grand kids, and numerous extended family and friends. She was proceeded in physical death by her parents, Raymond and LaVeda Clark and brother LeRoy Clark. Service Details.
